There is no land like the land of your childhood. Remember when everything was so simple? Where did all the years go? Is this what growing up is? Leaving things behind. Over and over again. It’s amazing how few pictures can bring back so many memories. The reminders of fact that we will not be those kids again.
Sometimes nostalgia hits me so hard, I feel all those years again. I hear it all again. I find my cheeks wet with tears wetted by smiles of times lost forever to me.💌
